American Express Call Center Overview & Tour

TVi received a last-minute request to arrange 8 community bank appointments for a delegation of 20 bankers from Japan (four appointments in New York and four in Chicago).   TVi confirmed all eight appointments within one month’s time and two weeks prior to the client’s departure date.  Visits were very successful and were featured in several publications, including the Chicago Sun-Times and American Banker.  This is just one example of many such tours. Over the years, TVi has coordinated many similar community and regional bank technical visits for overseas banking delegations in such cities as Minneapolis, Boston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

SKY Perfect Customer Relations Corporation sent a delegation of 7 employees to the U.S. to study best practices and current trends in call center management, operation, and customer service. Technical Visits International successfully confirmed technical visits to 10 call center locations in multiple U.S. cities, including Salt Lake City, UT; Las Vegas, NV; and Denver, CO. These visits included call center overviews and tours of the American Express call center in Salt Lake City as well as the Barclaycard US call center in Las Vegas.
